This lot from the Chanchamayo Valley — one of Peru's high-altitude growing regions at nearly 1,800 meters — produces a delicate, tea-like cup that rewards patience. Peach and honey sweetness, a clean, bright body, and a finish that reminds you more of a well-made Darjeeling than anything heavy. Slow it down. Let it cool a little. It gets better.
