Our Story

We came here to make coffee the way we know how.

Vero Coffee was born out of a specific frustration — the gap between what coffee can be and what most places settle for. Our founders brought an Italian understanding of espresso: that simplicity and precision aren't opposites, that a small cup can hold something extraordinary if you treat the ingredient with respect. In Orlando, we found a community that was ready for it.

From the farm to the cup — we own every step we can.

We travel to origin. We taste on-site. We build direct relationships with the farmers who grow our beans in Brazil, Colombia, and Peru — not because it's a good story, but because it produces better coffee.

Back in Orlando, we roast in-house. That means we control the roast profile, the timing, the temperature. Nothing sits in a warehouse for six months. You get it fresh because we made it fresh.
